Monkeys are not legal as pets in Utah at this moment but they should be. Making monkeys legal as pets in Utah wouldn’t really change a thing except bring those who want a pet monkey but don’t want to leave the state joy. Utah comes across pretty boring to some of its inhabitants and I feel like Utah would be more likable if it allowed more exotic pets. Some may think that monkeys shouldn’t be allowed as pets in Utah since some species are endangered, but monkeys cost up to $7,000 and nobody wouldn’t take care of something that’s worth $7,000 and is a pet. Monkeys are fun and awesome animals and are very intelligent and could also help those with limited physical or mental abilities. So please help me out and get monkeys legal as pets in Utah!
