The injuries religions have caused throughout centuries have left scars even centuries later. The purpose of the crucifix protest is to denounce all the harm religion has caused families throughout history into the present time, where it is ok to break migrant families.

I used the crucifix to represent the voiceless women of the roman empire. They are the nameless women who were crucified in the hands of the state. I can relate to them because of my experiences in Utah. How about you?
Utah DA Sim Gill framed my son for a crime. I say frame because he charged my son with a crime and then failed to appear. In the meanwhile, that crime triggered ICE. Before Gills manufactured the crime, my son could stay in the US on DACA. Why he was on DACA is a story many of you already know.

Please join the protest. Demand the date for the reunion with my son. Ask the Utah government to stop targeting non-white migrant families. End the moral police of Utah. Demand peace for all migrants!
