The Issue
By signing this petition, you are supporting the release of Walter Ball, Brandon Dennis and David Sell. These men have already served a combined 64 years in prison and have made extraordinary strides in self-development. They have mentored at risk youth through the DOCCS Youth Assistance Program (YAP) and have given back to the community by organizing several successful fundraisers. Promoting change and assisting others inspired these men to establish CCFW (Change Comes From Within) which is sponsoring its first Anti-Gun Violence event in Buffalo, NY on 10/22/22. Additionally, they are the authors of the CCFW Anti-Gun Violence Curriculum which takes a holistic approach to addressing the issue and has been met with enthusiasm and support from advocates, city officials and legislature. These beloved fathers and husbands understand the problems our youth face, especially in underserved communities and they want to use their experiences to provide at risk youth with the tools to live long successful lives.........LET US USE THEM TO SAVE LIVES!
