Come November and Delhiites start dreading the worst possible air pollution ON THE PLANET!

Governments and local bodies of Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad and perhaps Noida, Ghaziabad start preparing to counter the menace with water trucks, outdoor air filters, etc. Most of these efforts are mildly effective at best, waste of resources at worst.

Each year hundreds of articles appear in scores of journals and over social media- we have been seeing it for past 15 years. Each year our elderly and young ones keep falling ill and businesses and commerce are affected due to school and industry shut downs.

The governments have the funds and wherewithal to use higher level measures to cope with these problems. One such measure could be artificial rain- it has been used in many geographies in the past. This petition is to pray to the governing bodies to take action in this direction.
