USA v. Roy Belfast. A.K.A. Charles Taylor Jr. A.K.A. Charles Emmanuel

Support the call for a Department of Justice investigation based upon prosecutorial misconduct, illegal detention under 18 U.S.C. 4001(a) and Executive Order 131007, and Constitutional violations under the 1st, 5th, 8th, 13th sec.1, 14th.

On January 9th, 2009, I was sentenced to 97 years in prison based upon conspiracy to commit torture, and substantive counts of torture under USE v. Roy Belfast Jr.. A.K.A. Charles Taylor Jr., criminal case 1:06-20758-CMA, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, in a trial where defense witnesses' families were intimidated and threatened to ensure a weak defense was presented at the trial, misconduct that the judge never acted upon in this case.

1. Prosecutors at trial had defense witnesses indirectly intimidated.

2. Prosecutors initiated a prosecution outside of Justice Department guidelines criminal resource Manuel # 20 with some former officials colluding under fraud to advance this illegal prosecution.

3. Prosecutors asserted an indictment under misrepresentation concerning its ability to prove a conspiracy, placing me in a & quote; “one-man" conspiracy. All counts two through eight are based upon the guilt of count one, making the entire judgment, commitment, and conviction illegal in violation of the constitution and statute.

4. Prosecutors continue to assert fraud in other proceedings concerning the validity of count one conspiracy in litigation before the court, even after Freedom of Information Act Release FOIA-2016-02166 and DOJ-AP-2017-0005286 demonstrated there is no evidence on the Department of Justice or Trial record to support a valid conviction under count one conspiracy. The habeas corpus was denied with the district court refusing to recognize the prosecutor's misconduct. Violations of 18 U.S.C. 4001(a) and 1st, 5th, 8th, 13th sec1, 14th Amendments of the U.S. Constitution.
