The USA borders were closed to many countries for most of 2020 and 2021, ripping businesses, families, and loved ones apart.

From November 2021 they opened the borders but implemented a covid vaccine requirement to enter for non-US citizens / green card holders. Meaning that those of us who live in the US on legal resident visas or work here are trapped, not able to leave and return without showing proof of covid vaccine to return. 

It is now proven that the covid vaccines do not prevent or even reduce transmission, therefore taking the vaccine makes no difference to those around you. It is also known that natural immunity is far superior. So the enforcement of these rules is illogical and wrong, both ethically and scientifically.

There are many reasons why people don't want or need to take these vaccines and this should be entirely private and voluntary. To prohibit people's travel and movement, and keep loved ones apart over something that no longer makes sense must be stopped immediately.

Whether you're vaccinated or not, this is wrong and no one should have this power over our lives and bodies, especially when there is no logic behind it.

No one is talking about this and it needs to change.
