The problem I would like to solve is the financal inequality that has plagued the kidnapped, bartered, raped and murdered Africans who were brought to America, who's descendants are now classified as black Americans, and who are still living in a very racist unequal, unethical finacially poverty structured environment and system.  This system was created to keep this specific class of people Black Americans in poverty. The SYSTEMATIC racism that has plagued jobs, education, communities, finances and has filled the prisons up with many innocent people. Black Americans who were born and raised in America are the descendants of the kidnapped, bartered, raped and murdered Africans and to this day the 21st century there are still plantations with slaves on them right now as I write this petition. Now is the time to pay on that promise of a Mule and a acre, but more like 21st century payment of a few million and a few acres. NOW IS THE TIME. No more allowing for  foreigners to come over and live tax-free 7 to 10 years that's preparation money that should be paid to the descendants of Africans who were kidnapped, bartered, raped and murdered and who built this country literally.
