US General Services Administration Administrator Emily Murphy has refused to sign an official "ascertainment" of Joe Biden's victory for President of the United States, despite clear evidence that Mr. Biden won the presidential election overwhelmingly.

By refusing to carry out her duly sworn duties, Emily Murphy is hampering the peaceful transition of presidential power, endangering our national security and ignoring the will of the American people.
