There is a federal court order for USPS to retrieve stranded VBM ballots in their facilities that DeJoy has not complied with. Federal agents were dispatched to state elections bureaus to "watch" voter counting but are not enforcing this court order for all ballots mailed and in USPS custody to be conveyed to the appropriate elections office. They must be re-directed to ensure that all voters who mailed ballots but whose ballots were not properly processed in a timely fashion by USPS are not deprived of their vote
