We ask the legilative powers of the United States, the US Senate, US Congress and the US President to announce the United States the first fully vegan and super-civilized state  forbidding  according to the theory of the quantum soul and the levels of quantum  consciousness  animal products for any purpose and to annouce the legal inviolability of the all animals.

According to the discoveries of my PhD thesis from the University of  Rochester http://books.google.pl/books?id=qinOEULlaEsC&printsec=frontcover&dq=quantum+theory+of+the+hydrogen+atom#v=onepage&q=quantum&f=false the human consciousness is immortal in the global coherence and the reincarnation including on the animal level is the true physical phenomenon.

The summary of my PhD is as follows:

1) Electron in the hydrogen atom consisting of the electron and the proton is prepared in the "holly state" i.e. the circular state looking like the circular halo.

2) The special "holly" circularly polarized light is slowly turned on to perform "the act of creation" which causes that the electron grows like the plant,  becomes  "alive"  and starts to  resemble  the  snail  by its shape.

3) The light supports the physical life of the electron as long as it is on.

4) When one turns of the light the electron starts "dying" like the creature and changes  into  the  state of "soul" which is spatially extended around the proton. The soul state  of the  electron is reviving after millions of years to its physical form mathematically precisely  and exactly and again becomes the alive creature for a moment. When at the  revival  moment the "holly" light is turned on back the electron will permanently come back to life.

Now if the whole universe is quantum and is similar with  its behaviour to such an electron the human consciousness is repeatable and immortal but becouse of small inaccuracies in the repeatable evolution of the Universe it may settle down  also on the animal brain in the  future.

Every day the biggest on the world mass slaughter and killing of the animal consciousness is commited in the United States that can be revived human consciousness from the previous quantum incarnations and the feeling and suffering brains of animals are bruttaly turned by the physical damage of who can be men from the past only to produce meat.   Animals which must eat meat becouse they cannot digest the purely vegetable products should be fed by the artificial meat  produced  on the  industrial scale  and which   out-off  animal   growth  technology   is  currently developed.  Humans   formed   in   the   evolution  process   can  currently totally  survive on  purely vegetable products.
