Weight of H2O = 9.8 x 10^5 Newtons
Potential energy of H2O = 40 x 9.8 x 10^5 = 392 x 10^5 Joules
Duration of electrical current = (0.9 x 392 x 10^5)/(2 x 120) = 1.47 x 10^5

you have to do is convert everything into metric, simply because the Volt
