This petition is to urge the US Congress to act in haste and protect the H4 kids, who know no other country and are on the verge of self-deportation.

These kids, many of who were younger than 5 years old, when they came over to the USA along with their legal parents are now facing imminent danger for self-deportation. This is happening due to the inhumane and cruel Immigration backlog that people from certain countries face. These kids are some of the best performers academically and have the zeal to succeed but the doors are closing on them.

When these kids came to the USA, little did they know that being an Indian is going to be the biggest obstacle in their lives. Despite being in the country for almost all their lives, staying here legally, and doing the best to succeed, they now face self-deportation from the country they call their own. At the age of 21, they are no longer allowed to be part of their parent's immigration process. They cannot even apply for F1 since some of them have already filed for AOS. This country of dreamers is becoming a nightmare for these kids. The out-dated and draconian immigration laws are to be blamed for them. How is it their fault that the most advanced nation in the world is still following the immigration laws from a century ago? This is not just stupid but cruel and inhumane.

I am urging, begging, asking for the US Congress to take action immediately and protect these kids. We are all for DACA kids but our kids need protection too. Make the filing date for I-485 the date on which the kids' age freezes and let them stay here legally.
