Former Mayor of Lackawanna, NY, Geoffrey Szymanski, has been targeting, challenging, and rejecting Arab American Muslim absentee ballots!

After several Freedom of Information requests, it was discovered that he has been challenging and rejecting hundreds of absentee ballots for several elections and possibly longer! He was rejecting ballots behind the scenes while he was the Mayor of Lackawanna and then as the Democratic Committee President. Voters were never contacted nor given the opportunity to contest his activity.

Currently, Former Mayor Szymanski sits on the Lackawanna City Council as the 2nd Ward Councilman. 

Would you trust him representing you?!

We say enough is enough and demand the City of Lackawanna Mayor, Attorney, and City Council remove him effective immediately.

No one should ever be allowed to use their political influence to suppress Voters’ Constitutional Rights!
