4. HIS CO-DEFENDANT WAS ALREADY FREED FOR FAKE TESTIMONY. This is the most sickening part of the cover-up. Gent wasn’t on trial alone; he had co-defendants. Years later, a judge reviewed this exact same trial and officially threw out the conviction of Gent’s co-defendant, Pedro Harris.

Why? Because the court caught the prosecutor knowingly using false testimony to win the case. The system literally admitted the trial was corrupt and vacated the co-defendant's conviction. Yet, they left Gent Mosby to rot in a cage for the exact same dirty prosecution!

This wasn't a mistake. It was a 32-year cover-up.
