What you are about to read is one of the most horrific story that has ever happened on the face of the earth. Basically, the Attorney General's Office Lead by AG Dana Nessel has weaponized anything and everything to attack a father and a child, primarily a child name Mia (11 years old), to push gender identity change on my daughter to defraud the U.S. government by weaponizing mental health and filing for IEPs in public schools.

 

Let me start by introducing myself. My name is Mark Alexander Ismail. I was born in Lebanon, and my parents sent me here when I was 19, so I've been in this country for over 26 years. I'm a Christian, I'm a proud Christian. I'm a successful business owner, and more importantly, I'm a father of a daughter named Mia that I have not seen for over 510 days and counting since December 18th of 2024.Up until that day, I've had joint custody. I've raised my daughter with morals and ethics. She's one of the most innocent child you've ever meet. She have a like an amazing heart. She's a loving and caring daughter. I love her for more than anything in the world. She's the love of my life. There is nothing I wouldn't do for my daughter. I've been fighting for her since that date, and I'll never stop fighting for her. She deserves justice. She will get justice.

 

Before I start telling the story, what happened, how it happened, and some details that every father out there should read and be aware of, let me explain something. What I mean by saying me and my daughter have been separated is that I have been completely erased from her life, which means I am not allowed to call her, text her, or buy her anything. I am like a dead person to my daughter. And who is doing this? The Attorney General's Office in Detroit. In my eyes and in my opinion, the Attorney General's Office in Detroit is a criminal organization. They are pedophiles, and I will prove it to you.

 

I grew up in a poor family, and like every child, I always wanted to buy a Lamborghini one day. After working 16 hours a day, seven days a week, for over seven years, I was finally able to buy my first Lamborghini in 2023. I was so proud to take my daughter to school in that Lamborghini. It was the best feeling ever. I felt like I had achieved the highest thing possible that any parent could achieve for their child.

Prior to our separation, I was basically her driver. I would get her anything she wanted. I was like the ultimate dad. I was not the perfect dad, but I wanted to be the ultimate dad. I believe what I achieved and what I did for my daughter was more than what most fathers ever do for their children. I could compete in that department, I promise you that, because that was always my goal.

I did not have a great dad growing up, so I wanted to be the ultimate dad for my daughter, and I was until December 18, 2024.

 

My daughter is in public school, i want her in private school. Basically, the school coordinated with the mother, coordinated with her attorney, coordinated with CPS workers, coordinated with the AG, saw a Lamborghini at the school, saw my daughter being dropped off at school in Lamborghini .  Who can tell us these details is my ex-wife. I would love for my ex-wife to come in and tell us the details who everything was coordinated, what happened, because she has the details. She basically was contacted by the AG herself,  Assistant Attorney Generals, multiple times.  As of right now, she's willing to take it to the grave Because she failed, she has failed to protect her daughter from these pedophiles. We'll see what happens in the future.

 

So when the government in Michigan (the AG Dana Nessel) wants to erase a father, Push Gender identity Change on a child and defraud the U.S. government by filing IEPs, how would they do it?

Number one, spy on the father and the child's phones and try to find some dirt on the father. They tried this for years, and it did not work because I am a great father. They could not find anything.

So if you cannot find anything, invent it. That is exactly what they did. They came up with the idea of accusing the father of mental health issues and accusing the child of mental health issues. That way, if either of them ever says anything in the future, they can claim they are delusional. Then they can say the father caused the child’s mental health issues.

Is this a movie? Yes, it is. It is a horror movie.

 

Let me give you a summary of what they exactly did. All the details and the full timeline will be in the URL below, so you can click on it and take your time reading everything.

Six months before CPS came to my house falsely claiming that I was not feeding my daughter just to get their foot in the door, they had already decided my fate and my daughter’s fate. I have evidence of that.

The orders was created for my daughter to be sent to a psychiatric hospital, drugged, pushed toward gender identity change on her, and for her father to never see her again. So far, it has been over 510 days indefinitely and counting.

 

On December 18, 2024, I went in front of a referee. I am not going to say her name. The referee was pressured by the AG office to deny me due process and order me, within two business days during Christmas, to get a psychological evaluation. It was complete erasure with no visitation at all.

On January 20, after the separation, my daughter started crying. They weaponized mental health against my daughter. They claimed she was suicidal, but she was not. She just wanted to see her father. They dragged her to a psychiatric hospital, left her there for eight days, and then put her on a heavy dose of Lexapro. That is when the coaching from CPS workers and therapy began.

On March 25, 2025, Judge Lawrence Elassal, an excellent judge and the only judge who stood up for my daughter, understood what was happening. He rejected the referee’s recommendation, said I did not need a psychological evaluation, and restored my parenting time.

Then, one week before I was supposed to reunite with my daughter, after five months of complete separation and complete erasure, CPS coached my daughter to accuse me of sexual assault, claiming I touched her thigh. CPS workers came to my house, and once again I could not see my daughter anymore.

I was forced to take a lie detector test. The case was sent to the prosecutor’s office, and the prosecutor’s office denied the charges because they knew the allegations were false.

We went in front of Judge Elassal again. Judge Elassal understood exactly what was happening. He stated on the record that the AG office had weaponized CPS, the school, therapists, the University of Michigan, and local police departments to push gender identity change on my daughter and erase me from her life.

That is documented, and you will see it in the documents below.

 

I was relieved because I was finally going to pick up my daughter. I felt like this was it, that justice had finally happened. I was excited.

When I went to pick up my daughter, I could barely recognize her at first because I had not seen her in such a long time.

Within 24 hours of that moment, Attorney General Dana Nessel doubled down. She filed a petition to remove my child despite everything that had already happened at that point, despite the prosecutor denying the charges, and despite the judge putting on the record that CPS was being weaponized.

They did not care. When they activated what I believe is their criminal mode, they continued forward and dragged the case out for six months. They took my judge away from me and brought in a new judge who complies with these actions.

 

What did the new judge do? And do not get me wrong, I believe she did all of this under pressure from Attorney General Dana Nessel.

Number one, she threw Judge Elassal’s ruling in the trash.

Number two, she denied me due process and pushed a gag order on me so I could not speak on social media.

Number three, she forced me to delete my social media accounts.

Number four, she denied me a jury trial by claiming that I chose not to have one. I clearly stated that I wanted a jury trial, and when I objected, she threatened me with contempt.

Number five, every motion I filed was basically thrown in the trash. It was obstruction of justice and denial of due process. Every time she issued an order, I would not receive it until after 21 days had already passed, preventing me from filing objections or filing an appeal with the appellate court.

 

One week before the trial, the Assistant Attorney General apparently allowed my daughter to recant the sexual assault allegation that CPS workers had pressured her to make against her own father.

At that point, I asked, “Why am I here then?”

They claimed it was because I had sent some emails, but that was not the real reason. What they wanted was a psychological evaluation. They had been trying to force a fake psychological evaluation on me since December 18, 2024.

 

At that point, I asked the Assistant Attorney General, because I did not believe he was the real problem, “Who is pushing you to do this?” Who wants the fake psychological evaluation so badly

His exact words were, “My boss’s boss.”

I looked into it, and that led me to Attorney General Dana Nessel.

 

On OCT 2025 . My poor daughter found a way to secretly text me, saying, “Dad, I miss you. I want to see you.”

My daughter started asking for me again.

The Attorney General’s Office found out that my daughter was secretly texting me. What did they do? They sent her to a psychiatric hospital again.

This time, she was screaming, “I just want to see my dad.”

In my opinion, they did not care. I believe they continued forward anyway.

 

My daughter was sent to a psychiatric hospital three times in total, eight days each visit, and heavily drugged.

When I saw her one time, she looked like she was dying from the drugs. That is how many drugs they had put into her system.

When I say they are criminals, I mean they are criminals. In my opinion, they are the worst criminals I have ever witnessed.

 

The judge, who I believe was pressured by the Attorney General, denied me due process and forced me to see a therapist without any diagnosis. She also forced me to see a psychologist. In my case, I believed she was doing this because of pressure being placed on her.

The good news was that the psychologist was Lebanese, and I thought maybe she would not railroad me like everyone else. So I explained to her what was happening. She acknowledged it and told me, “Mark, you and your daughter are under attack.”

I then asked her, “If that is the case, can I get a psychological evaluation from you so they will finally leave me alone?”

She agreed.

I took the psychological evaluation, and of course I passed it. I have always considered myself highly intelligent. I came to this country with nothing and eventually became successful enough to drive a Lamborghini. That alone says a lot about who I am and what I built.

Then both of us went to court and explained that I had completed the MMPI testing and that there was nothing wrong with me. But by that point, I believe they already knew that was never really the issue.

What happened at that hearing was shocking.

On Jan 26 2026 The Assistant Attorney General stated that the order coming from above was that I either had to be considered delusional or I would go to prison. This happened in front of multiple people, including the judge.

Let me repeat that. It was either that I became “delusional” or I would go to prison.

Two months later, the Lebanese psychologist eventually gave in to the pressure and wrote that I had delusional issues.

Welcome to the State of Michigan. Welcome to the United States, where, in my opinion, Attorney General Dana Nessel and her office have attacked children, pushed gender identity change on children, and defrauded the U.S. government through the misuse of IEPs.

I have not seen my daughter for over 510 days and counting. In my opinion, we have been psychologically abused and denied even the ability to grieve. Think about that for a second. We are not even allowed to grieve.

 

Who have I contacted for the past 500 days? Who have I reached out to so far?

The White House over 100 times and counting. The answer has been silence.

The Department of Justice over 100 times and counting. The answer has been silence.

The FBI over 100 times and counting. The answer has been silence.

Let me repeat that. The FBI’s answer has been silence.

In my opinion, the FBI is scared of these people. The Department of Justice is scared of these people as well.

In my opinion, people are afraid to touch this subject because of what is being alleged. We are talking about claims that the Attorney General weaponized CPS to target children and push gender identity change on them.

The President of the United States even stated during the State of the Union that some states are forcefully pushing gender identity change on children, and I believe that is exactly what is happening here.

 

So where things stand as of May 6, 2026, they continue to do anything and everything they want. In my opinion, it has been fraud after fraud, along with procedural traps.

Recently, the LGAL, whom I previously stated should not be around children because I believe she failed to protect my daughter and simply followed orders, filed an IEP for my daughter.

What is an IEP? It is basically a claim that my daughter has mental health issues and needs special education services.

Why is that happening? In my opinion, the public school system in Canton, Michigan receives federal funding connected to these programs. I do not know exactly where the money goes, but I believe they are benefiting financially from my daughter’s situation.

I explained that I am a self made millionaire and that I can afford private school. I told them I wanted my daughter placed in private school, but they refused. In my opinion, they did not care because they wanted to continue financially benefiting from my daughter’s pain.

As of today, they continue, in my opinion, committing fraud after fraud. I continue contacting everyone I can.

My daughter deserves justice. My daughter deserves to have her father back. My daughter deserves the right to choose her own gender. My daughter deserves not to be coached by CPS workers.

Look at the evidence. It is all there. I personally caught one of the CPS workers coaching my daughter. Read the evidence in that section. I was asking my daughter about the Lamborghini keys, and the CPS worker answered on her behalf.

This is disgusting. It is inhumane.

This is supposed to be the number one country in the world, yet in my opinion, the State of Michigan is attacking children, pushing gender identity change on children, erasing fathers, and denying fathers due process.

At one point, I could not believe what I was watching in court. I could not believe what I believed were lies being told by the judge. I kept asking myself, how can we trust any of you? How can we trust law enforcement moving forward?

Law enforcement, in my experience, could not help me. The only thing they seemed able to do was target me. That includes local police departments, the sheriff’s office, and even state police.

I repeatedly stated that I believed Attorney General Dana Nessel was acting criminally and asked whether anyone could launch an investigation into her actions. In my experience, nobody was willing to do so.

I felt like the FBI would not investigate her. I felt like the Department of Justice would not investigate her. I felt like the state police would not investigate her either.

 

So then who do we get justice from?

 

Right now, I feel like I am being forced to run for Congress in the State of Michigan, District 6, just to get my daughter home.

I already filed, and I was accepted. As of right now, I am officially a candidate.

I still do not know if I truly want to do it, but I feel like somebody has to stand up and do something. I just want to bring my daughter home.

I do not need the job, and I do not want the job. I already own my own business, but I feel like I have no other choice if I want to save my daughter.
 

As of right now, my answer is that we do not get justice.
