URGENT: Stop Child Trafficking at the AG's office in Detroit — Justice for Mia
The Issue
This is not just a custody case. This is a coordinated, top-to-bottom child trafficking operation being run through CPS and the Attorney General’s Office in Detroit, Michigan — and the victim is an 11-year-old girl named Mia.
Her father, Mark Alexander Ismail, a self-made tech millionaire and dedicated parent, has been forcibly separated from Mia for over 8 months. During that time, CPS, the mother, and state officials have:
Drugged Mia with 15mg of Lexapro
Sent her to a psychiatric hospital twice
Coerced her to falsely accuse her father of sexual assault
Told her “you don’t have a dad” at school
Removed a photo of her and her father from Hoban Elementary walls — after he donated over $15,000 to the school
Lied in court, committed perjury, and suppressed evidence from Judge Elassal
This started with Referee Alicia Bianchi ordering a psychological evaluation based on fabricated claims — and escalated when Judge Elassal ruled twice in Mark’s favor, calling the case “weaponization.”
Instead of respecting the judge’s orders, CPS retaliated:
They filed a new fabricated petition
Refused to present it to Judge Elassal
Dragged Mia back into isolation
Manipulated the juvenile court to override Family Court
All hearings have been recorded. All evidence has been submitted to the DOJ, FBI, and White House.
Mia is now being trafficked from hospital to hospital, therapist to therapist — many of them fake — with the sole goal of erasing her father and securing more federal funds under Title IV-D incentives.
💔 Mia hasn’t seen her father since DEC 18, 2024— But once on May 21th 2025 and that was for just 24 hours. 💔 She is not allowed to call him, text him, or ask for help. 💔 She is being drugged, coerced, and emotionally destroyed while the system profits from her pain.
This is state-sanctioned child trafficking, and it must stop.

✅ 1. Immediate investigation into CPS Detroit and the AG’s Office for child trafficking and civil rights violations ✅ 2. Immediate restoration of Mark Ismail’s full parental rights and custody protections ✅ 3. Full enforcement of Judge Elassal’s rulings ✅ 4. Immediate release of Mia from psychiatric detention and end of all forced medication and coaching
