Urgent: Require Allergen Warnings on Pet Food for Allergy Sufferers

Urgent: Require Allergen Warnings on Pet Food for Allergy Sufferers
The Issue
Tens of millions of people in the United States are pet owners. I myself am one. Also, tens of millions of people in the U.S. have severe life threatening allergies, even if they touch what they are allergic to.
This is why we are requesting pet food companies for: dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, rabbits, and rodents such as: Blue Buffalo, Purina owned by Mars Petcare Inc, Hill's Science Diet, Iams, Meow Mix, Temptations, Royal Canin, and all other companies that sell in the United States will have to start putting noticeable and legible allergen warnings in bold, black lettering on the front of pet food bags and pet food cans for the most common allergens which are: wheat, eggs, fish, shellfish, soy, dairy, nuts and peanuts starting in January 2025. Allergy sufferers do not need the extra stress of having to read tiny ingredient labels on the back, which sometimes are very difficult to read due to creases
