Collins Letsoalo, his executive and the RAF board have contravened many laws I.e refusing to pay claimants , not adhering to the court orders , not complying with the accounting standards , wasteful expenditure, contravention of the constitution ,PMFA , contravention of supply chain management act ,Contravention of sections 10, 11 and 17 of the RAF Act
