We, the doctors of Malaysia, demand immediate action from the Ministry of Health (KKM) to address the disruptions caused by the recent ePlacement system glitches.

On 27th February 2025, many of us—2245 doctors—invested considerable time, money, and effort into the ePlacement process. We had to rearrange our work schedules, spend additional funds to access proper internet connections, and take leave just to participate in this system. Despite this, the ePlacement was invalidated on 6th March due to a technical glitch.

To make matters worse, KKM set a new ePlacement date for 17th March 2025, only to cancel it again, informing us at the last minute that it would be rescheduled for 25th-27th March. The repeated disruptions have caused immense stress and frustration, significantly affecting our professional lives and personal well-being.

Our demands are clear:

1. Validate our original placements from 27th February 2025: We urge KKM to recognize the placements that were successfully obtained on that date.
2. Fix the ePlacement system immediately: We call on KKM to urgently address the technical failures to prevent future disruptions for all healthcare professionals.
   As medical professionals dedicated to providing high-quality care to the Malaysian population, we cannot allow these ongoing issues to continue. An efficient healthcare system is essential to the nation's well-being.
