I urgently ask you to sign this petition and send it to everyone, help the Panamanian people who are suffering. There have already been deaths and we do not want more, no more people against people. As a Panamanian who lives far away, I make this request, since faith is the last thing to be lost. Many of us are in prayer so that God hears our cry and a dialogue is achieved. Please Lord, no more deaths, no more injuries, no more destruction… I see with great sadness how Panamanians lose their lives just for peacefully asking “STOP MINING NOW”, our country is not a mining country and that the Contract be declared Law Miner agreed upon by the State and First Quantum Minerals UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Please let there be an urgent dialogue and stop the chaotic situation that causes our country to be unstable, causing a lot of sadness, insecurity and fear. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

No to the mining company that has caused destruction, illness and the concern of residents for fear of losing their property. Because it destroys our fauna and flora that form the Mesoamerican Biological Corridor and also affects our water resources that supply the Panama Canal where ships from different countries transit, helping to shorten distances, being Bridge of the World, Heart of the Universe.

Te pido con urgencia firmes esta petición y la hagas llegar a todo el mundo, ayuda a el pueblo Panameño que está sufriendo. Ya se han dado muertes y no queremos más, no más pueblo contra pueblo.  Como panameña que vive lejos, hago esta petición, ya que la fe es lo último que se pierde.  Muchos estamos en oración para que Dios escuche nuestro clamor y se logre un diálogo. Por favor Señor no más muertes, no más heridos, no más destrucción… veo con mucha tristeza como panameños pierden su vida solo por pedir pacíficamente “ALTO YA A LA MINERÍA”, nuestro país no es un país minero y que se declare el Contrato Ley Minero pactado por el Estado y First Quantum Minerals INCONSTITUCIONAL.  Por favor que se dé un diálogo urgente y se detenga la situación caótica que provoca que nuestro país este inestable causando mucha tristeza, inseguridad y miedo. Se los agradezco de corazón. 

No a la minera que ha causado destrucción, enfermedad y la preocupación de residentes por el temor de perder su propiedad. Porque destruye nuestra fauna y flora que forman el Corredor Biológico Mesoamericano y también afecta nuestros recursos hídricos que abastecen el Canal de Panamá donde transitan barcos de diferentes países ayudando a acortar distancias, siendo él a Puente del Mundo, Corazón del Universo.
