We, the undersigned, urgently request the immediate investigation, revocation of refugee status, and cancellation of the U.S. visa of Binesh Bolour, publicly known by his artistic name "Gheysar."

Mr. Bolour currently holds a Norwegian refugee travel document (travel identity card for refugees) and a 10-year U.S. tourist visa. Despite claiming asylum in Europe under the pretense of facing danger in Iran, Mr. Bolour has recently voluntarily traveled back to the Islamic Republic of Iran—a nation designated by the U.S. as a State Sponsor of Terrorism.

Upon his arrival, Mr. Bolour immediately performed on an official stage sanctioned by the government and publicly expressed his support for the Islamic Republic regime, which is globally condemned for human rights violations and the execution of political dissidents.

Under international and Norwegian asylum laws, traveling back to the country of origin voluntarily demonstrates that the fear of persecution is non-existent, which constitutes material misrepresentation and fraud, grounds for the immediate revocation of refugee status and residency.

Furthermore, utilizing a U.S. tourist visa while actively acting as a propaganda tool for a totalitarian, sanctioned regime violates the terms and integrity of U.S. immigration policies.

Therefore, we respectfully urge the relevant authorities to:

Norway (UDI): Immediately revoke Binesh Bolour’s refugee status and travel documents for violating asylum laws by traveling to Iran.
United States (DHS/CBP): Permanently revoke his 10-year U.S. tourist visa and ban him from entering the United States due to his active ties and propaganda work for the Iranian regime.
