With best regards, as you know, the ruling regime in Iran has been widely violating human rights for more than 43 years. All issues of human rights including civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights of Iranian citizens are facing serious and widespread violations. In addition, children, women, LGBT members, as well as people with disabilities face discrimination daily.

On one hand, the Islamic Republic suppresses any kind of protest and criticism, in such a way that many protesting citizens are either in prison, sentenced to death in courts and executed, or killed on the streets by the government's police forces. On the other hand, the economic state is so tough that it has affected people's livelihood.

Your Excellency, this is while the international community has not shown any appropriate reaction to the violation of human rights by the Islamic Republic. It is worth remembering that the violations of human rights in Iran are not limited to its borders. As some of its consequences can be seen in the form of international terrorism, war-making in the region, refugee crisis, etc. In fact, the negligence of the international community has led to the encouragement of this unorthodox, extreme and evil regime.

Currently the Islamic Republic, which considers the freedom and progress of women in society as the beginning of the end of their ruling, under the pretext of the mandatory hijab that has become the symbol of their misogynist and murderous government, arrests women illegally, illegitimately and arbitrarily. A few days ago, this process led to the murder of Mahsa Amini.

Your Excellency, in today's world, unity is needed more than ever and solving problems and crises is not possible without collaboration and thinking alike. Since the consequences of the actions of this regime are not limited to the borders of Iran, and considering that the violation Human rights in Iran have the capacity to become a threat to international peace and security, therefore, we request that the United Nations uses all its influence and authority to ensure that the ruling regime of Iran adheres to its domestic laws and international obligations.

More importantly, the desire of the Iranian people is for the international community not to support the criminal and oppressive government of the Islamic Republic and hold them accountable in international courts. We expect that the leaders of this dictatorial government will not receive support anywhere and the international community closes all the doors to them.

موضوع: درخواست برای بررسی نقض حقوق بشر در ایران از سوی جمهوری اسلامی

 با تقدیم بهترین احترام‌ها، همانطور که مستحضرید، رژیم حاکم بر ایران بیش از ۴۳ سال است که بطور گسترده حقوق بشر را نقض می‌کند. بطوری که همه موضوعات حقوق بشر اعم از حقوق مدنی، سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی شهروندان ایرانی با نقض شدید و گسترده روبرو است. هر روز کودکان، زنان، دگرباشان جنسی، و معلولان با تبعیض مواجه هستند.

از یک سو، جمهوری اسلامی هر گونه اعتراض و انتقادی را سرکوب می‌کند و به شکلی که بسیاری از شهروندان معترض یا در زندان هستند یا در دادگاه‌ها به اعدام محکوم شده‌ و اعدام می‌شوند یا در کف خیابان‌ها از سوی نیروهای انتظامی حکومت کشته می‌شوند. از سویی دیگر، وضعیت اقتصادی آنچنان بغرنج است که حق حیات مردم را تحت تاثیر قرار داده است.

عالیجناب، این در حالی است که جامعه بین‌المللی، تا کنون هیچ واکنش شایسته‌ای به نقض حقوق بشر از سوی جمهوری اسلامی، نشان نداده است. شایان یادآوری است که نقض حقوق بشر در ایران به مرزهای آن محدود نمی‌شود. چنان‌که برخی از پیامدهای آن در قالب تروریسم بین‌المللی، جنگ‌افروزی در منطقه، بحران پناهجویان و غیره قابل مشاهده است. در واقع، مسامحه جامعه جهانی به تشویق این رژیم نامتعارف، افراطی و شرور منجر شده است.

اینک نیز جمهوری اسلامی که آزادی و پیشرفت زنان در جامعه را شروعی بر پایان حکمرانی خود می‌پندارد، به بهانه حجاب اجباری که به نماد این حکومت زن‌ستیز و آدم‌کش تبدیل شده است، زنان را بصورت غیرقانونی، غیرشرعی و خودسرانه بازداشت می‌کند، چنان‌که چند روز گذشته این روند به قتل زنده‌ یاد مهسا امینی منجر شد.

عالیجناب، در جهان امروز، بیش از هر زمانی به همبستگی احساس نیاز می‌شود و حل معضلات و بحران‌ها بدون همکاری و هم‌اندیشی امکان‌پذیر نیست. با توجه به اینکه نقض حقوق بشر در ایران این ظرفیت را دارد که به تهدیدی علیه صلح و امنیت بین‌المللی تبدیل گردد. بنابراین، تقاضا داریم از همه ظرفیت‌های سازمان ملل متحد برای اینکه رژیم حاکم بر ایران به قوانین داخلی و تعهدات بین‌المللی خود پایبند باشد، استفاده فرمایید. 

مهمتر اینکه خواست مردم ایران حمایت نکردن جوامع بین المللی از حکومت جنایتکار و مستبد جمهوری اسلامی و محاکمه آنها در دادگاه های بین المللی است. انتظار می رود که سران این حکومت دیکتاتور به هیچ جا راه پیدا نکنند و هیچ دری از سمت جامعه بین الملل برایشان گشوده نشود.
