Urgent Appeal to the Government of India
Urgent Appeal to the Government of India
The Issue
To: The Hon'ble Prime Minister of India and the Ministry of Education
Subject: Request for Immediate Dialogue and Stronger Measures to Protect the Integrity of Competitive Examinations
Respected Sir
We, the undersigned citizens, respectfully urge the Government of India to engage in a peaceful and constructive dialogue with Mr. Sonam Wangchuk and the other protesters who have raised concerns about the integrity of the country's examination system.
Examination paper leaks have caused anxiety and hardship for countless students who dedicate years of effort to preparing for competitive examinations. We believe that maintaining a fair, transparent, and credible examination process is essential to protecting students' futures and public confidence in the education system.
We respectfully request that the Government:
Initiate a meaningful dialogue with Mr. Sonam Wangchuk and the protesters.
Strengthen safeguards to prevent examination paper leaks.
Ensure accountability for those involved in compromising examination integrity.
Introduce reforms that improve transparency, fairness, and security in competitive examinations.
We are also concerned about Mr. Wangchuk's health during his hunger strike and sincerely hope that a peaceful resolution can be reached through timely discussion and mutual understanding.
We respectfully appeal to the Government of India to consider these concerns and take appropriate action in the interest of students, families, and the future of education in our country.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Concerned citizens of India
