URGENT: Maryam has lost her only lifeline — please don’t let her be forgotten

Dear friends,
I am writing to you today because Maryam’s family is in urgent need.
For months, Maryam’s Instagram account was the only way her family could stay connected to the public. It was how people saw her story, followed her condition, shared her appeal, and helped keep her family alive through donations.
Now, despite every effort, the family has still been unable to recover the account.
In one minute, Maryam lost access to her followers, her supporters, and the community that had become her family’s only lifeline.
Since then, donations have dropped drastically.
Maryam’s family are distraught. They have no source of income, and the cost of basic survival in Gaza continues to rise. They are now struggling to afford the most essential things: food, clean water, baby formula, diapers, medicine, hygiene products, cooking fuel, and transport.
This is not only about losing an Instagram page.
It is about a family losing their only way to be seen.
Maryam’s family includes Maryam, her 14-year-old brother, and her two-year-old twin siblings. These are children who depend on daily support to survive. That means endless diapers, baby formula, gluten free food, transport to get these items from far locations, medication from infections they catch easily in their tent which is not in good condition. Without donations, even the smallest necessities become difficult to buy.
Please do not let Maryam disappear from public attention because her account was taken away.
Please do not neglect her.
A donation today, no matter the amount, can help Maryam’s family buy food, diapers, baby formula, medicine, transport, water, and the basic supplies they need to get through each day.
If you can donate, please do so now.
If you cannot donate, please share this email with someone who can. Maryam’s family no longer has access to the audience they worked so hard to build, so every share now matters.
Maryam still needs us.
Her family still needs us.
Please help keep her safe, seen, and supported.
