For the families still waiting.

Because the situation is still very difficult for all of them out there. The last reported food parcel recieved from UNICEF was three months ago. NGOs are doing there best but it is not enough with the political constraints put on them.
Maryam’s family never wants to see a starving person again.
And Maryam never wants anyone to go through what she did.
So they built a kitchen.
A place where food is prepared and distributed to those in need — where hundreds, sometimes thousands, can receive a hot meal.
Today, Maryam helped with serving. This is a making in the progress.
And she helped serve the food, handing it directly to people waiting in line, many of them living in tents, many of them with nothing.

And now, she is helping save others.
But the need is still overwhelming.
Across Gaza, millions are still facing hunger. Food exists, but it is scarce and unaffordable for many. Families are struggling every single day to survive.
This kitchen is just the beginning — but it needs your support to continue.

Through the kitchen her family has opened, meals are now being prepared and served to those who need them most. From what we have seen so far, $36,000 allows us to produce approximately 6,500 meals. This means each meal costs around $5.50, and even a smaller contribution can go a long way.
