To the UN, ICRC, and International Community:

We are raising an urgent plea regarding the deteriorating human rights situation in Palestine. We demand immediate international intervention on two critical fronts:

1. Stopping the Discriminatory Death Penalty Bill: The Israeli Knesset is moving to pass a bill that allows the execution of Palestinian prisoners. This is a grave violation of Article 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Geneva Convention. In a system where legal protections for Palestinians are already compromised, this law will lead to state-sanctioned political executions.

2. Ensuring Unhindered Humanitarian Aid (Role of ICRC & UN): Despite repeated ceasefire calls, the blockade on Gaza has reached a catastrophic level. We call upon the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the UN to ensure the immediate and safe passage of food, clean water, and medical supplies to the civilians of Gaza. The use of starvation as a method of warfare is a war crime under international law.

Our Demands:

An immediate halt to the legislative process of the Death Penalty Bill.

Pressure on authorities to open all border crossings for continuous humanitarian aid.

Protection of prisoners' rights as per international standards.

We cannot stand by while laws are made to kill and blockades are used to starve. Silence is complicity.
