YOU MAY NOT LIVE ON THE TERAVISTA GOLF COURSE BUT YOU ARE STILL IN DANGER!!! Our community of Teravista is very vulnerable to grassfires. With fire danger a 5 out of 5 the last few days, and in light of the Cedar Park fire the Lockhart Fire, and even the Lahinai, and I bet you remember the Bastrop and Spicewood fires, PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION! We ask that the MUD and the Golf Course mow the weeds lining the course.

I personally contacted our congressman's office and they looked at the original directions from the Army Corps of Engineers. They dictated that weeds could always be removed but not trees, shrubs or flowers.

Grass fires spread at 14 miles per hour. Huumans run at 8 miles per hour(not me). It is imperative that we have immediate removal of the dead weeds.
