I, like many others, have spent countless hours and hard-earned Robux on the game "Welcome To Bloxburg". It has become a significant part of our lives, filled with cherished memories. The recent announcement that the developers plan to make this game free in upcoming updates has left us feeling disregarded and undervalued.

"Welcome To Bloxburg", since its release in 2014, has been a paid access game on Roblox platform. We players have invested not just our time but also our Robux (the virtual currency in Roblox) into this game. According to RTrack, as of 2021, over 3 billion visits were recorded for this game and it is one of the most popular games on Roblox (RTrack). This popularity is due largely to its dedicated player base who have supported it through their purchases.

Making “Welcome To Bloxburg” free will undoubtedly attract more players but at what cost? It risks diluting the unique community we've built over years and undermining the value of our investments. We understand that making games accessible is important but not at the expense of existing loyal players.

We urge Coeptus Games to reconsider their decision about making “Welcome To Bloxburg” free or at least provide some form of compensation or major exclusive benefits for those who purchased access before this change.
