Urge Vidanta Nuevo Nayarit Resort to Provide Shuttle Service to Blvd De Nayarit Entrance

The Issue

As a member of the Vidanta Resort, I have experienced firsthand the resort's restrictive policies that limit our freedom of movement. Vidanta has intentionally made it difficult for members to leave their resort grounds without using their taxi service. While they may not own the taxi company, there is a clear financial arrangement between them, with a portion of each fare collected going back into Vidanta's pockets.

The only alternative offered is an impractical one - walking down the beach to the Sea Garden and out onto the main road near the marina. This option is virtually impossible for elderly members or those with mobility issues.

We propose that Vidanta offer a regularly scheduled (every 15 minutes) shuttle service to their Blvd De Nayarit entrance and or Sea Garden entrance. This would allow members easy access to shop in the marina area and use other transportation services like Uber, promoting competition and fair pricing.

This change will not only provide more options for guests but also promote goodwill among its membership base by showing that they value our comfort and convenience as much as our patronage.

We urge you all - especially those who have experienced this inconvenience firsthand - to sign this petition demanding that Vidanta implement these changes immediately.
