The UK, as a nation that champions human rights globally, has a moral and strategic obligation to aid Afghan women in reclaiming their rights. With the UK's historical ties to Afghanistan and its influence on international platforms, we strongly believe that our government can and should play a pivotal role in pressuring the Taliban regime to end their systemic oppression of women.

Secondly, the UK should collaborate with international organizations like the United Nations to ensure the enforcement of international laws that protect women and girls. Additionally, the government can support initiatives that provide safe passage and asylum for Afghan women at risk, allowing them access to safety and opportunities abroad.
