Every day, as residents of Ironwood Townhomes enter or leave our homes, we are faced with a growing problem - potholes. These aren't just minor inconveniences; they're causing real damage to our vehicles and creating safety hazards for drivers and pedestrians alike.

According to the American Automobile Association (AAA), vehicle repair costs due to pothole damages can range from $250-$1000 per incident (source: AAA). This is an unnecessary expense that could be avoided if our city took responsibility for maintaining its roads.

We call upon the City of Tucson not only because it's their duty but also because it's their moral obligation towards ensuring safe and comfortable living conditions for all residents.
