I am a long term resident of Palm Coast, a city that has been growing rapidly. Yet, despite this growth, our choices for health-based food shopping are very limited, and it's then necessary to drive a great distance to obtain that. The residents of Palm Coast, myself included, require outlets that prioritize our well-being with the quality of goods they sell. In this context, few match the reputation, value, and variety offered by Trader Joe's.

Palm Coast, being located ideally, offers a ready market, and a need that is palpable among its inhabitants. We have seen an upward trend of health-conscious consumers in our city, and Trader Joe's store here would serve to effectively cater to this demand while also fueling the local economy.

According to the latest data from Palm Coast Observatory (2019), our city has seen a 22% increase in population over the past decade, indicating a potential increase in customers. It added that over 56% of the surveyed residents expressed an interest in healthier grocery alternatives, underscoring the dire need.

Given these facts, it seems only sensible and beneficial to all included, residents, city, and Trader Joe's alike, to consider opening a store in Palm Coast. Let's urge Trader Joe's to embrace our fast-growing city and provide us healthier grocery options that we deserve.
