Anthony Brown is a Tier 3 lifetime registered sex offender, convicted of child-sex-offense on a child under 10, as well as other allegations, confirmed by the mother. For months, numerous families, including my own, have faced alleged harassment and threats through TikTok accounts linked to him. Our voices—especially those of our children—have been exploited and manipulated for antagonistic purposes.

There have been numerous incidents where TikTok accounts, believed to be associated with Anthony Brown, have engaged in doxxing, threats, and the misuse of children's photographs. Even though we, as a community, have documented, reported, and expressed our concerns about this behavior, these accounts keep resurfacing. While individual accounts may be removed, new ones quickly appear, suggesting a systemic issue that needs addressing.

Multiple documented cases indicate a clear and disturbing pattern of intimidation and exploitation. The current approach of dealing with individual accounts is insufficient, as it fails to tackle the deeper problem—a recurring cycle of account re-creation intended to continue the abuse.

We need TikTok to take comprehensive platform-level actions. This includes implementing more robust measures for monitoring account behavior patterns, improving the verification process for new account setups, and enforcing stricter regulations against repeat offenders. Strengthening the platform’s response to such severe violations is not only crucial for our children's safety but also for restoring the affected families' sense of security.

The safety and well-being of our children must be prioritized.
