A vast amount of individuals over a sustained period of time have reported to the RSPCA about Daniel Thompson Sullivan for the cruel and abusive treatment of his gorgeous little dog Chesney and other animals he has both currently, and those that sadly died under suspicious circumstances. Video evidence shows these animals were treated cruelly at times too. It is heartbreaking to see such innocent creatures suffer due to neglect and abuse.
