Update January 11, 2026, Update for Urge EPA & MoDOT to Construct a Sound Wall Along I-270

Hi,

I have drafted a 31-page notice to the EPA, FHWA, and the MoDOT of my intent to file a civil complaint as required by federal statute. I will continue editing and improving readability until January 16, 2026, before I ask a law student and volunteer with Quiet Community, LLC to perform the final editing. In February, a team of volunteers with experience in filing federal complaints will provide feedback.
