I need your help on “Urge EPA & MoDOT to Construct a Sound Wall Along Highway 270”

I am working on my 60-day notice relating to a civil lawsuit. I need your help regarding my statement:

I, other citizens, previous scientific reports (and/or studies), and studies conducted by MoDOT provide details of significantly high noise impact for residents for property bordering I-270. I claim MoDOT’s decision is capricious and/or arbitrary, 5 U.S.C. § 706(2)(A). 

MoDOT has failed to release appeals for help from citizens. I only have one email (of a request for mitigation) and permission from Jerry P****. I need more supporting requests for mitigation from the general public. Please email a copy of any request (you have made or you have) asking MoDOT about mitigating I-270 noise.
