Update August 6, 2025 - Urge EPA & MoDOT to Construct Sound Walls Along I-270 for Noise Reduction

I have mailed the petition and the July 8, 2025, update to 150 additional homes adjacent to I-270. This petition has 638 supporters, as of August 6. I am still hopeful that with the help of the current petition supporters, we can get 1000 signatures on the petition.

I have contacted two organizations known to represent the public in defending and preserving constitutional rights of individuals by using litigation. One of these two litigation organizations has agreed to start a fact-finding investigation. 

This fact-finding investigation will seek to corroborate the allegations outlined in my complaint. This organization will identify crucial facts and applicable legal principles using the intake application I submitted. Based on the information I gave, this legal firm will evaluate the potential viability (of an individual case with me as plaintiff or a class action case with all individuals similarly affected as plaintiffs). The timeframe for fact-finding and determining acceptance as a client will be approximately one month.
