Urge Tesla to Reconsider Legal Actions Against Small Sellers Using Their Logo

Urge Tesla to Reconsider Legal Actions Against Small Sellers Using Their Logo
The Issue
I, like many others, am an enthusiast of Tesla and its visionary leader, Elon Musk. His emphasis on innovation and creativity has always resonated with me. However, recent events have left me disheartened. Thousands of small sellers on eBay and Amazon are facing lawsuits for using the Tesla logo on items such as T-shirts, caps, and key tags - most priced under $20. These individuals haven't caused any harm to Tesla; rather they've inadvertently promoted the brand globally.
Elon Musk once stated that they wouldn't likely pursue legal action against those who used their name or logos.

Yet now these small sellers find themselves dragged into legal battles in a Florida court

a situation that seems to contradict the ethos of innovation and creativity that Mr. Musk often emphasizes.
These sellers are often enthusiasts of the brand just like myself - contributing positively to its reputation through these affordable items which serve as a testament to our admiration for Tesla's innovative spirit.
I believe it's time for us all to stand together in urging Mr. Musk and Tesla Inc., not only reconsider these lawsuits but also acknowledge the positive role these small sellers play in promoting their brand image globally.
Please sign this petition if you believe in supporting grassroots support over litigation; if you believe that enthusiasm should be celebrated rather than penalized; if you too feel it's time for change.
