As a passionate supporter of Syracuse University, I have watched with growing concern as our beloved team has struggled in the ACC. The sense of camaraderie and competition we once enjoyed in the Big East Conference seems lost, replaced by a feeling of displacement. It's time for us to return home.

Syracuse University was a founding member of the Big East Conference in 1979, where it built strong rivalries and achieved significant success. However, since our move to the ACC in 2013, things have never been quite the same. Our performance has suffered and we've lost touch with our traditional rivals like St. John’s, Villanova, Georgetown, Seton Hall, Providence - teams that truly understand us.

We are not alone in this sentiment; many fans share this longing for a return to familiar grounds where competition was fierce but friendly. We believe that returning to the Big East will rekindle old rivalries and bring back an atmosphere that truly celebrates collegiate sports.
