Urge supreme court to prioritize hearing for Sri MC Singla case

Urge supreme court to prioritize hearing for Sri MC Singla case
The Issue
I am one among the 8 lakh bank retiree pensioners who have been eagerly awaiting the hearing of the Sri MC Singla case (Late).
Unfortunately, the hearing of this pivotal case has faced repeated adjournments recently, chiefly due to administrative reasons and other reasons of non availability of Advocates, causing immense hardship and anxiety among retirees who depend on timely judicial decisions for their sustenance.
We feel the urgency more than ever, as many of us are getting older and a few seniors super senior retirees pensioners are reaching heavenly abode .
Delays in the adjudication of important cases like this do not just delay justice but exacerbate the financial vulnerability we face each day besides mental agony stress related issues too.
Therefore, we request the Honorable Supreme Court CJI to ensure and advise Registry and Division Bench Court No. 2, presided by Justice Sri Vikram Nath, to allocate a full day for the hearing of this case without further adjournments.
By doing so, the court would reaffirm its commitment to delivering justice and underscore its sensitivity towards the pressing needs of pensioners though a decade has elapsed in Hon SC there by without knowing the judgement around 2.5 lakh pensioners reached heavenly abode and others are in Quee waiting for their call from Super power.
An expedited hearing and a favorable judgement are crucial steps towards safeguarding the dignity and welfare of pensioners who have faithfully served the nation through its banking community. It is in this vein that we implore the respected bench to stand with us in our hour of need.
