I am a resident of Spencer, IA, and like many of my neighbors, I'm grappling with the aftermath of the destructive June floods. During this challenging time, it's more critical than ever to support our local economy. However, it is becoming increasingly hard to do this when our primary hub of commerce - the Southpark Mall - can't retain businesses due to exorbitantly high rents.
