The Issue

Many individuals and families, including my own who suffer from food intolerances and allergies have been devastated by the discontinuation of Silk's Protein Nut Milk made with pea protein. This product was not just a beverage for us; it was our main source of protein. The sudden removal of this product has left us scrambling for alternatives that are often less satisfactory.

The importance of this product cannot be overstated. According to the Food Allergy Research & Education (FARE), up to 15 million Americans have food allergies, including 5.6 million children under age 18. That's one in every 13 children, or roughly two in every classroom (FARE). For many among these millions, Silk's Protein Nut Milk was a safe and reliable source of nutrition.

Silk is known as a brand that caters to those with dietary restrictions and preferences - bringing back their Protein Nut Milk would be consistent with their mission and values while benefiting countless consumers who rely on it.

We urge Silk to recognize the impact their decision has had on our community and reconsider their choice. Please sign this petition if you stand with us in asking Silk to bring back their Protein Nut Milk made with pea protein.
