Urge QuikTrip (QT) to Bring Back Freshly Made Donuts and Restore Customer Satisfaction!

The Issue

We, the loyal customers of QuikTrip (QT), are deeply dissatisfied with the recent changes to QT's beloved donut offerings. For years, QT has been known for its freshly made, delicious donuts that many of us enjoyed as a morning treat or a sweet indulgence throughout the day. However, QT has recently made the disappointing decision to replace their freshly made donuts with frozen ones, which are thawed in-store. These frozen donuts are a far cry from the quality we have come to expect.

Not only do these frozen donuts have a poor appearance, with watery, sticky and runny toppings, but they also lack the taste and texture of the freshly made donuts we loved. This downgrade in quality has left many of us feeling disappointed and frustrated. Additionally, QT has discontinued customer favorites like the maple bars and altered the cinnamon rolls and removed the maple-topped cinnamon rolls, further adding to our dissatisfaction.

Customers are voicing their concerns on social platforms, expressing their disappointment and dismay over these changes. Despite QT's marketing claims that their donuts are "fresh," we know that the reality is far from it. It appears that QT has made this change for profitability reasons, choosing to roll out frozen donuts without informing customers.
