In our democracy, the role of the Prime Minister is not just to govern, but to engage openly with the citizens he serves. As a concerned citizen of India,  calling upon our respected Prime Minister, Mr Narendra Modi, to hold a press conference and directly address the nation's pressing issues.

Over the past decade, India has witnessed numerous critical events, These events often leave the public with questions and concerns that need direct and transparent communication from the highest office in the land. Press conferences serve as vital opportunities for the Prime Minister to explain significant government decisions, provide insights into policy directions, and clarify misunderstandings.

Accountability is a cornerstone of a thriving democracy. It entails more than just fulfilling electoral promises; it requires constant dialogue with the citizens and taking responsibility, especially in times of significant policy shifts or governmental errors. For democracy to function effectively, it is crucial for elected leaders to submit themselves willingly to scrutiny, not only from Parliament but also from independent institutions and the media. In recent years, the absence of press conferences by our Prime Minister has left a gap in this essential accountability mechanism.
