The Issue

The threat is real and the horror is undeniable. Christians in Nigeria are facing a terrifying genocide. Since 2009, over 100,000 Christians have lost their lives at the hands of violent militants. More than 18,000 churches have been burned to the ground, erasing places of worship and community for millions.

This is not just an attack on Nigerian Christians; it is an assault on humanity, faith, and the values we hold dear. Just in 2025, more than 7,000 Christians were killed—and this violence shows no signs of stopping, with an average of 32 Christians losing their lives every day. It’s estimated that over 100 churches are destroyed each month, leaving a trail of devastation and heartbreak.

The numbers are staggering, the brutality is immense. More than 15 million Christians are now displaced, struggling to find safety and hold onto hope in the face of unrelenting terror. The kidnappings of over 600 clergy members add another layer of grief and urgency to this crisis.

This personal fight is for the freedom and safety of all Christians. The fear that this violence might spread and one day reach our shores is palpable. We cannot turn a blind eye. It is our responsibility to defend Christians worldwide and put an end to this appalling genocide.

We call upon President Trump to make a stand—deploy US troops to Nigeria to protect these innocent lives. Let us not wait until these threats reach our doorstep. We must act now to save those who cannot save themselves.

Join us in this plea for justice and humanity. Stand up for the countless men, women, and children who live in fear. A peaceful resolution is possible, but action is required. Sign this petition and make your voice heard. Let’s be the change the world desperately needs and stop this persecution before it’s too late.
