I challenge Panera to reverse its decision to discontinue the Charged Lemonades. It is awful and sad that three individuals have passed away. However, caffeinated beverages are common in today's marketplace and Panera should not be held accountable for the reckless consumption of any of its products. The CHARGED lemonades were clearly labeled with warnings of their caffeine content, and offered alongside a wide variety of other items on Panera's comprehensive menu, catering to those who prefer less caffeinated options.

The removal of these lemonades from the menu affects many like me who responsibly enjoyed these drinks. We should not be deprived of such products simply because others do not prefer them. They have the freedom to choose something else from the extensive list that Panera offers.

It is important to note that caffeine consumption is widespread across America, with 85% of U.S adults consuming at least one caffeinated beverage daily (Food Insight). Therefore, it seems unjustified for a popular product like Charged Lemonade - which caters to this large demographic - to be discontinued.
