As breadmakers who are deeply invested in our health and in reducing our exposure to Ultra Processed Foods (UPFs), our goal is to create hearty homemade bread, in turn, improving our overall health.

We invested in Panasonic breadmakers, including models SD B2510, SD R2530, SD YR2550, SD YR2540, only to discover a concerning fault. We've observed that the non-stick coating peels off after short-term use. This issue heightens the risk of us consuming PolyTetraFluoroEthylene (PTFE), a potentially hazardous chemical, contrary to our initial healthy living intentions.

Panasonic has advised customers against the use of damaged pans - advice we find ironic considering the current situation with their breadmakers. 

We believe that a company as reputed as Panasonic has a responsibility towards ensuring user safety.

We urge Panasonic to promptly investigate these breadmaker models, adequately address the non-stick coating issue, and to provide its customers with safe, reliable products as promised.
