My husband and I are simple, peaceful people, striving to raise our family in a serene, rural environment. However, our tranquility is constantly disturbed due to our neighbor's disruptive behavior. It seems that harassment is his pastime, diminishing our ability to grow and enjoy our family life.

Both of us were raised in Texas with tutelage rooted in etiquette, morals, and respect.

Unfortunately, our neighbor's actions demonstrate a stark contrast to our values.

Harassment, such as the type we are subjected to, is a crime. According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, 43% of harassment victims felt fearful due to their experience, and a majority of victims are known to suffer significant physiological effects (Bureau of Justice Statistics, 2020).

We too feel a similar fear and stress, which is why we believe it's necessary for our neighbor to move out and restore peace to our community. We deserve to enjoy our property without confrontation or fear.

We understand that anyone can be difficult and everyone deserves a second chance. However, when the behavior begins to infringe on the rights of others to live peacefully, action must be taken. This is our home, our sanctuary, and we believe that we should be able to enjoy it without constant interruptions and harassment.
