This is personal to me because as a paying tenant, a single mother, and recent college graduate, I have lost family members from this unjust/corrupt system with no redress. If I pay my rent, state actors should be doing their jobs to provide a duty of care as promised. My family should not have had to reside let alone pay to live in inhabitable living conditions while grieving the loss of our family members. These entities are getting paid to cause harm.

We ask the State of Maine to adhere strictly to its constitution for tranquility purposes and refrain from interfering with the enjoyment of human rights. It is crucial that we restore and redress sections 19, 11, 6-A, 6, 1, and 2 as we the people hold power. Our voices are not being heard; families are economically facing hardships while persons in power abuse their positions for dishonest services benefiting themselves at the expense of honest and vulnerable people.
