The Potato and Gravy which was once a highlight of every meal, now, lacks the taste and joy it used to bring. It has been transformed into something bland and unenjoyable.

Six months back, KFC decided to alter the beloved Potato and Gravy recipe. Since then, customers have been consistently expressing their dissatisfaction with the recipe change - a sentiment substantiated by a notable decline in customers’ satisfaction ratings. KFC's enduring attribute has always been its commitment to satisfy its devoted customers' palates, yet this change has made us question that commitment.

We believe that every individual deserves to enjoy their meal and experience the joy and comfort that the original, scrumptious recipe brought to our lives.
